活血术 冷却 时间 25 改为 25/22/19/16
狂战士之血的每层攻速增加的效果 从 8/12/16/20 改为 14/16/18/20
牺牲 大招的冷却时间 从45/30/15 降低至 12
牺牲的伤害 从50% 降低至 35% （A杖后仍然是 65%)
牺牲 的自我伤害 从40/35/30% 平衡为35%
牺牲的而减速效果 从 5 平衡 4/5/6 秒 ，从50%减速平衡为 40/50/60%
